Welcome to TempMaile. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TempMaile website and services (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

1.1 Service Description

TempMaile is a free temporary email service that provides users with disposable email addresses for receiving emails. The Service is designed to help protect user privacy and reduce unwanted spam.

1.2 User Restrictions

By using TempMaile, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing emails, or any form of unsolicited communications
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the functioning of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service
  • Use the Service for activities related to illegal drugs, gambling, pornography, terrorism, human trafficking, or other illegal activities
  • Harvest or collect email addresses or other personal information from other users of the Service
  • Bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to the Service
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service (scraping)

1.3 Account Creation and Email Usage

TempMaile provides temporary email addresses that remain active for a limited time. By using our Service:

  • You acknowledge that email addresses provided by TempMaile are temporary and will expire after a set period
  • You understand that all emails received during the active period will be deleted once the email address expires
  • You agree not to use TempMaile for any activities that require long-term email persistence or verification

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TempMaile and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TempMaile.

2.2 User Content

By using the Service and receiving emails through TempMaile, you acknowledge that:

  • TempMaile does not claim ownership of any emails or content you receive through the Service
  • TempMaile has the right to delete any emails or content received through the Service at any time, particularly once the temporary email address expires
  • You are solely responsible for any content you access or receive through the Service

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

3.1 Service Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TempMaile and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither TempMaile nor its suppliers and licensors makes any warranty that the Service will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event will TempMaile, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of these Terms under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for:

  1. Any special, incidental or consequential damages;
  2. The cost of procurement for substitute products or services;
  3. For interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or
  4. For any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to TempMaile under these Terms during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.

TempMaile shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control.

3.3 Service Availability

TempMaile does not guarantee that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected
  • The Service will be available at any particular time or location

4. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TempMaile, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service, including any data or content transmitted or received by you, any third party claim of infringement of intellectual property or other rights, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
